Much thanks to hk_boy and neo2046 for providing the latest scans for this game on their forum. Check out the new art and models for some old and new creatures. There is also a picture of combat. www.gaforum.org/showthread.php?t=136445&page=4

Aww shucks, on the one hand. But on the other, this gives me a bit more time to procure a 360. I really wish they'd give a firm date in Autumn.

can an american 360 play japanese copies? Only if the game is brought out region free. I know that some USA games are region free, but I'm not aware of any JPN ones that are.

Wow, the new art is amazing. Theif looks crazy awesome. Kelpie is so much better looking. Possession, a neutral creature? Very interesting indeed. Lots of these cards have got me more excited than before.

Those cards looks great. They really stepped the art up. I like the look of Branch Army, Storm Avatar, Magic Bolt, Ice Wall, among many others. The new Witch looks pretty seductive now, too.

All of that new art are notable improvements except for Mana. The art on that card is absolutely atrocious. I'm surprised they let that one through.
I'm really digging that Godless Pike.

I disagree that the artwork is an improvement. It is a different style and more detailed but it seems much harder to see and discern what you are looking at. For practical purposes I'm a little concerned thought I admit the actual artwork is very nice.

For practical purposes I'm a little concerned thought I admit the actual artwork is very nice. Interesting. I feel the exact opposite from the new art. It is precisely the new and more detailed style that I feel makes it easier to discern what is being viewed. The new style has objects more centered and focused on the card art than many of the old pictures, making it clearer what is to be focused upon. And the added detail allows a greater appreciation of said object(s). With notable exceptions, of course, but in general I feel it's an overall improvement.
