Some interesting info on that web site. Starting from top to bottom of the translation. "The latest product of the series that made many fans a captive with strategic sex and exquisite balance is an appearance at last" I have no idea what this part means. "As for the series, an image to "fight slowly and carefully" was strong conventionally, but a product introduces a lot of new cards such as "real time" to accelerate game development" I wonder if this means they dropped the animations when cards do battle? I haven't seen any screenshots of combat yet, this would speed up gameplay some if that is what this means. "Besides, the new topography affecting strategies such as "morphing land", "a small shrine of light", "a small shrine of darkness" is set." I wonder if the shrines they are talking about are like the ones in the last game, except now they would be seperated good effects from bad effects instead of both effects at random. "Online play through Xbox Live can choose custom matches to choose an opponent as by the quick match which an opponent is found in immediately, rule setting various matching forms. I am equivalent to upload and a download of ranking data. In addition, it is adopted "an avatar system" by my character to be able to express personality of a player at the time of play. I can increase avatar data in a game condition or a download from market place. It is said that not only an avatar but also "the dust jacket" function which a cover of a book is exchanged with is prepared for." Online ranking system, dowloads from x-box live for your avatar, and covers for your books. "It is the will product which addition such as renovation of a card design, a map or the topography, a view of the world or reinforcement of a story included a lot of elements in newly while leaving a good part of the series conventionally." Card design? haven't heard anything about that. Map and topography design would be awesome. That feature was included in the PS1 version Culdcept Expansion Plus. Translations aren't always accurate so i may be wrong on a bunch of things, it is interesting though to get idea of what features might be included in the game.

"The latest product of the series that made many fans a captive with strategic sex and exquisite balance is an appearance at last" I was missing which parts the Japanese sentence and translated sentence, I cannot say a positive thing. However, probably it is the following meanings. "The series that made many fans fascinated with strategic and exquisite balance. This is appearance that is the latest product." It is expected that new cards and new gimmicks are introduced to be able to perform speedy game development. For example, it comes to be possible to having carried out at two rounds can carry out now at one round. About ability of new spell cards that these are "immediate", "curse body", "evolution" and "repetition". However, no effect was described. memo : u‘¦Žžv -> "immediate" uŽôgv -> "curse body" ui‰»v -> "evolution" u•œ¥v -> "repetition"

Excellent news so far, gang. Not that I hate the translations, but sometimes when I see them with other things, I'd almost want to go the extra mile of translating it myself. I've seen some crazy stuff in the past. So far so good with Culdcept though. I can't wait. Any news about it being dual-released? Or when Japan is getting it also. I have a few friends I would like to let know over there, or maybe plan a trip to pick it up there if it comes out there first.

Thanks a bunch for that heads up Lizardman!
Is anyone else going to be importing this, or are most of you waiting for the US release?
