so my cat ran into my 360...knocking it over and now my culdcept saga disc is scratched to hell and back...i was wondering if anyone knows of a way to get a replacement or am i shit out of luck on that one...

Knocking it over? Please tell me you weren't playing your 360 standing up (as opposed to laying flat). The 360 is notorious for scratching the crap out of discs when it's upright, even when rampaging felines aren't involved. All of that aside, I see it on eBay as cheap at $36 shipped, although I bet you could find it cheaper at your local used game store or a pawn shop. If you want to go the *really* cheap route, you can try sweet-talking your local GameStop employee into using a little Disc Skip Fixer on it (your cat story would probably do the trick). If they're unwilling to do it for free, they should have a bottle of it for sale, ask the manager (it's like $7 and they tend to keep it behind the counter, as people like to steal it when it's out on display).
