A solid deck overall! I'd probably replace the Ukobach (maybe with something cheap but useful like a Creeping Flame), and I'd take out at least one of the Weretigers in favor of more Branch Army (it's a dual-purpose creature, since you can evolve it into a Mudman). I'd probably also swap out the Magma Hammers for something a little more damaging (maybe a Battering Ram and/or one of the combination ST+/HP+ weapons).
If you're only going to be using it against the AI, consider adding some enchantment spells to protect your high-level lands. Simulacrum, in particular, the AI often just forks over the cash without a fight. ;D
Those are what I'd do... your playing style might be considerably different than mine. Have fun!

thanks! i appreciate the help. Just an opinion...i am hoping to play online eventually...like when i get enough cards to make a solid deck... how would this deck (with few mods) do in online matches? or do you have to play specific decks (like tokebi decks and kelpie decks) in order to do really well?

I've seen similar decks perform pretty well online, but overall it depends a lot on the map. This deck would do well on somewhat larger maps and with a higher goal, as it's a bit slower-starting than, say, a Goblin/Red Cap-focused Neutral deck would be. Online, it also helps if you have a way to minimize the luck factor (Holy Word, Haste, Slow, Quicksand, Word of Recall). I've won (and lost) more than a few due to a perfectly-timed movement-control card. Repeated Holy Word 0's when an opponent is on one of your high-level lands can turn a huge deficit into a huge lead.

All of your attack items are negated by elemental shields, gaseous form or counter amulets. I'd add nuclear fusion scroll(s).
I'd reduce your creatures if you don't want to lose any of the items you currently have listed (Weretigers or Flammefluer). You may want to remove the creatures anyway for additional spells. Land protection or Holy Asylum come to mind.
