----------------------------------------------------------------
First post here, I think. Hello! I made this deck this afternoon (and won online with it) and am basically posting it here to seek out improvements.
The basic idea of this deck is to make the opponents pay heavy via the Ivory Idol while you make money; with the exception of Ivory Idol and Reincarnation, every card listed here is N to maximize the use of the card. Land Protect serves to defend the Idol from Banishing Ray/Magic Bolt/etc., though it does not defend against Holy Blight or Peluda. I am considering Phantasm/Holy Asylum (S and R cards unfortunately) as an alternative, but that doesn't stop people from Telekinesis/Intrusion/other nasty land manip. cards (despite the very steep cost on many of these while Ivory Idol is in play).
Another major part of this is developing green lands. The basic idea is that you take over green lands with Blynx, exchange in Rock Shell, cast peace, and use Tokebi's TA to sell it when it's high level and you have a reasonable chain. If that doesn't work, you can keep peace on them and start pumping out the Spudfolk. The Barbarians and Phoenix are basically here to take over land, but to be honest, I don't really know why I put in Phoenix besides baiting people into spending money.
Comments? Still working on it.

I am just shooting from the hip here, so this may or may not be worth doing, but a couple of cards that could be complimentary to your theme are Slow and Backward. Both are N cards that make it harder for your opponents to earn money.
I have a deck in progress that's a similar sort of theme, but I haven't tried it out yet.

I never really considered detrimental spells. I'll have to look into that.

I would consider putting a clay idol in this deck to protect from mass damage spells that ignore land protection and could take out all your idols or blynx's in a single hit (punisher, blight, burning hail, freeze cyclone). Clay idols reduce all bolt damage by 10, so in conjunction with Land Protection and Refresh, Blynx can become an even better land-holder than Rock Shell. (Rock shell w/ Peace is still succeptible to Telekinesis, Replace, various bolts, and I'm not sure about Intrusion)
And as Thump suggested, if the theme of this deck is making money while upping the cost of the enemy, you might include more spells to harm the enemy, but choose carefully. Slow and Backward might be "useful anytime", but they're not terribly powerful. You might want to think about spells like Waste and Pain, that can really screw over the opponent at the right moment.
Waste is an S card at 70G, so that would cost you 105 to cast - probably not worth it. Though I think Waste and Ivory Idol stack effects, so that could lead to some seriously prohibitive pricing. I find that with either Waste or Ivory, people sometimes forget about them in battles, and use a rare item to attack or defend, only to realize that they just spent a ludicrous amount of money. They come out of the battle with only 90g left (oops!) and that's where Pain really hurts. Suddenly they're in the negative and have to give up a land, even though they never even had to pay a toll. In a FFA match, you really want to save this until the opportune moment (opponent w/ less than 100g). Otherwise you're just making yourself more of a target. If you're targeting 1 enemy in a 3 player match, it almost always benefits the third player.
You might want to consider adding Fame in there, to gain yourself an easy couple hundred G for a high-level land before selling w/Tokebi. I'd personally drop Refuge for Fame, or even Manna, as refuge can really burn through your hand, and if you have cards that are worth throwing away for 80g, they probably shouldn't be in the deck in the first place.
I'd ditch Relief, as it can't target Blynx or anyone else you've land-protected, and it removes Peace from Rock Shell. I guess it would also cancel out any Posion caused by Mutation, which is a nice option.
You might also consider tossing the Chariots in favor of some Forest Leap and Mountain Leap (both N) which can guarantee empty red/green lands (esp. early game), rather than having to drop a creature and move it after the fact.
Finally, to replace those Phoenix's that you seem lukewarm about, how about a dragonnewt (pretty good on defense, espcially once evolved)? Or better yet, Fay, who is instant, meaning you can drop her next to a red land and then hop her over there on the same turn. You can also use her territory ST+20 to protect spudfolk from Lunatic Hare/Light, or beef up any of your other characters' ST.
Whew. That was a lot of suggestions. Anyway, cool deck. Send me a friend request and we'll play sometime. It would be fun to try an alliance match with two Normal/Ivory decks =)

Awesome suggestions. Thanks!
I was thinking about Clay Idol. While it'll cost 90G it's preferable to getting Blynx killed by a mass damage spell. The only other alternative would be to cast a hideously expensive Mass Phantasm.
If Waste really does combo with Ivory Idol - I'll test it and see - the slightly increased cost might be worth the punishment it causes. Intrusion costing 500~G would be no joke, as well as plopping down high-cost S and R creatures like Gawain, Tengu, Sword Princess, the dragons and the lords. As for Pain, I'm normally not a big fan of this card, but I'll test it out and see how it works in this deck. It matches the theme nicely.
I like your suggestions for Fame, Fay (even though it's an S card, it's still fairly reasonable at 75G), the Leaps and the removal of Relief. If I want to remove poison really badly I can just cast Land Protect, I suppose.
I was considering risking it and adding in Trespass/Drain Magic, and while I'm sure I'd make money on both, I'm not sure if it'd be enough to warrant putting them in. Moreso in the case of Drain Magic, because they might not have much cash to steal in the first place. Trespass would actually cost as much as Drain Magic even though it's rare (Drain Magic is an S that costs 80G and Trespass is an R that costs 60G) and would be beneficial, though perhaps not as much as it would in a standard deck due to the hefty cost increase.
Anyway, thanks for the suggestions!

Hm.. the card list I referenced showed Fay and Fame both as N. Either it's an error in the card list, or it was translated from the japanese version, and the rarities have been modified in the western release.

Yeah, must be.
I've changed my deck up quite a bit. I'll post a tweaked version later.

Oooo I have a similar deck to this one when I get home i will post the contents and play style of it. *wishes he had more than one Ivory Idol* though Waste not being an N card it is the one card I defenitely made an exception for, there was one battle that made me say ouch to the opponent he tried to take my territory with a sword princess and alone it cost just to summon her 530 G not including an additional 240 to use a weapon and he lost and paid a toll on greed of I believe 3340 G
