I'm up to the point where I want to get this medal but I only have one battlegear alpha but four betas. Where do you think it's best to play so I can get more alphas? Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

I haven't figured out exactly what determines which cards are won after a battle. The Bundlegear medal I got on the one map (forgot the name) that's like a huge tic-tac-toe map and all criss-crossed. I set the magic goal high and had cards that helps cycle quickly through the deck. I also had only one alpha....

You only get nuetral creatures when you play Morroc in story mode. He would make a good choice but it still comes down to having a great deal of luck.
Alternatively, you could do it with just one or two of each battle gear if you simply allow the deck to refill. It takes forever but you don't have to rely on luck as much in that case.

Don't forget handy cards like Resurrection and Lightcraft that recycle your cards back into your book. Once you've used your sole Alpha, you can play one of these little fellas to hopefully cut down on your wait time to get one again.

You probably won the medal by now, but Find (Spell) stays in your hand once you get it and recycles the cards it finds/you use back into your book, so you can cycle through your deck faster. I just picked up this medal, even though I only had one of each battle gear.
I played Mullyn at Cratos 2. My deck contained 8 creatures (the Battle gears, an Astral Queen for the Camoflage, LeoKnight, Sanctum Guard, and the fire creatures Gas Cloud, Fire Giant, Domovikha, and Old Willow), anti-Water items, and spells for movement (Holy Words and Haste, plus Chariot and TK), card shuffling (Find and two Prophecies, plus Lightcraft), and buffing (Mutation was routinely defeated by Temperance, unfortunately). I bummed around the Prophet at first, using Holy Word 0 after I landed on it, and kept cycling through my few creatures to get at my battle gears. I used Chariot and Telekinesis to instigate fights so I could form Bundlegears and then hit LightCraft after each one. I had my three Bundlegears down in no time; I plopped Old Willow down just to the left of the Castle (Level 5, Mutation, then Land Protection from the Domovikha) and watched Mullyn wither away into nothing. I claimed the set amount of 40,000G before I was even able to make a fourth Bundlegear.
That's 41 medals for me. Just goes to show that ths medal is attainable as long as you have at least one of each Battle Gear.
