To qualify for the medal do you just have to use the Quake Beast's ability at a four-way intersection, or do all of the adjacent squares have to be occupied (and perhaps leveled up)?

I'm pretty sure they have to be leveled up, so the Quake Beast's lowering of the lvl effect can take place. Not sure about needing creatures to be on the lands, but if they're leveled up, most likely there're creatures on them. Easily accomplished on the Cratos 2 map.
