I have been trying to find info on these on the net to no avail  I want to purchase all three, anyone know a place where I can order or would be willing to sell their copy? |

I know a shop in Paris which sells both the Dreamcast and Saturn versions. Alas it may be a little far for you  I hope you'll find those games soon  |

If I unterstand you right, you have the games and only need tools to be able to play them. For the Sega Saturn, you may use an Action Replay Pro, but it is nearly unfindable... The only other mean to play Japanese games is either to buy a japanese Sega Saturn (I think that www.japanpa.com still has some in stock) or to put a modchip in your system. Concerning the Dreamcast, it is really easier : You just have to use a boot CD like DC-X or DC-Xploder.
