I was wondering because I have a question about the card called "Suiko." Obviously this creature is a kappa, so I was curious why it's not called that.
I know the sui part means water, so maybe suiko means something like "water spirit?"
My other thought was that maybe there's a particular kappa in Japanese lore named Suiko. If that's the case, I'd love to find out why he's famous.

maybe not kappa but she was the 33rd imperial ruler of Japan.
