For some reason my ps2 isnt reading my shark disc. Is their a new disc i have to get for a newer ps2?

Not that I know of. The laser is kinda finicky in a PS2, any scratches or smudges on the disk?

I think i need to get a new version of my shark disc because it worked in my older ps2 that broke down last year. Plus its saying that its not a valid ps2 disc instead of the dreaded disc read error message. I'm going to try and email them to send me a new version of the ps2 disc. My pc disc is fine and my usb link is in perfect condition.
