Just thought the magnificent illustrations would look great on my desktop. However i can't seem to find any on the web. Appreciate any links.

I don't know that there are any "wallpapers" available. I certainly haven't seen any on any of the sites that I have visited. Culdcept is such a "niche" title that many gaming sites haven't even posted a review of the title on their sites. All that I have really seen are the dozen (or so) screenshots that are around, and every site that posts them seems to have exactly the same ones. Aside from the "trailer" that is available at the NEC site - www.necgames.com - that's all that is publicly available here in the U.S., as far as I am aware. Perhaps one of our non-U.S. members could point all of us to a link on a non-English site...?

Either that, or someone with screencap capabilities can make their own. Of course, these would have to be "black market" because of the copywrite issues. There couldn't be any direct link to any images on this website, but there could be an email address to send requests for "picture help" to. This message will self destruct in 10 seconds...

I'd like to find shots of the board characters to make KDE icons. Any known sites, email me.

KDE is a Desktop Environment,(desktop, startmenu, icons, apps) for Linux. I run Linux on everything that gets within 10 feet of my desk. You can see shots of KDE at www.kde.orgI am the NOC Admin for an Internet Service Provider in Memphis. Culdcept has become my new release when I get home. Anyway, I thought the little board icons would make interesting Desktop Icons (My Computer, etc..etc.) - They could be cool even for Windows. Sorry, I am a nerd and forget sometimes that not everybody is a nerd like me.

Sorry, I am a nerd and forget sometimes that not everybody is a nerd like me. My most recent job was performing as the Director of an Information Services Department, and my college major was in Math and Statistics. So, although I might not be "experienced" in the same "nerd" categories as you are, I think I possess a fair amount of those same qualities...

I wonder how to capture the image into computer... What software is needed??? can anybody plz kindly tell me??? I dreamed to print out all Culdcept cards... can anybody help to 'cut' the card out of the game??? wondering ... As I just mentioned to another Member here on the site, getting screenshots of some of the other cards is one of the projects that I wanted to accomplish at some point. I just haven't gotten around to doing it yet. My plan was to use my Snappy video capture unit connected to my notebook PC, which would then be connected to my VCR (I run my video game control unit through my VCR's front-panel set of inputs). I've captured actual video frames from a VHS tape that way (which were also acceptable enough to be published in a magazine, BTW), so I have high hopes that this will produce the result that I'm interested in achieving. If anyone else has a suggestion that is easier/better than that, I'm certainly interested in hearing about it!!
