How about a topic to vent something frustrating that might happen while playing this crazy game. I'll start I just had to reset my stupid playstation because i was playing Aldha in Story mode (just me and him) trying to earn a few extra cards. I ended up hitting a warp area (usualy no big deal), but alas - i wasn't doing so hot. I had already hit both forts and just needed to return to the castle, so i couldn't earn any money from the forts down there, and he luckilly has a level 3 land down there. Now for the frustrating part. I spent 20 turns stuck in this area where i couldn't earn money and hit his high land at least 3 times and ended up having to sell all my lands, while the cumputer (Aldha) is just having a blast raking in all the lands and earning all kinds of money on the main board. The game was almost practically over by then, but I honest to goodness just wanted to throw this stupid game for that kind of crap - it was downright ridiculous. I'll get off my soapbox now, but this was easily the most frustrated that this game has ever got me - just felt like sharing .

Heh, the first time I played the "z" man on the fisrt map after you finish story mode, he totally killed me. I was unprepared for his blasts and etc. I ended up bankrupt pretty fast I was ticked!

the first time I played the "z" man on the first map after you finish story mode, he totally killed me. I was ticked! If you mean Zeneth on the Dunnan map, I agree. He's a real pain. I'm working on beating him the third time (out of perhaps seven or eight attempts). Even when I get a good start on him, he seems to be able to rebound. Ticks me off, too....

In my opinion, Zeneth has the strongest deck of any story character.

I totally agree that Zeneth is the biggest pain in the butt in story mode. I had a hard time winning against him and later Najaran in Dunnan. But i got the last laugh by wiping him off the board on my third victory to unlock Najaran, earning myself two medals in the process: Proof of Knighthood and Unifier.

The areas like Aldha's map that have warp zones are the ones that irritate me the most. It's not much fun walking around in a circle hoping that you roll the one number on the die that can get you out of trouble. GRRR....

No, the worst part isn't getting stuck in a warp "dead end" - the worst is when the AI characters get sent there, and then just make it out one turn later.
