Okay, let me clear up the situation. As of the date of this post, I just obtained my 44th medal. I wasn't trying to get it, but there it came, the medal VICTOR AMONG VICTORS! Let me share what the medal says: [glow=maroon,2,300]Victor Among Victors - [/glow]Medal of Nike, Angel of Victory. Those with many victories will receive a blessing from Nike. Conditions to Acquire - Victorious 100 times against a story mode character battle. _________________________________________ fyi [glow=brown,2,300]Repeated Victory - [/glow]Medal of the Gladiator that wins every battle. Given to those who fight battles repeatedly like that of a gladiator. Conditions to Acquire - Victorious 50 times against story character battles. It appears then that your fights need NOT be in Story mode, just against Story mode characters. I have 113 wins total. Probably 40% of those are in Versus mode and against story mode characters. [ExMortis may want to fix his FAQ. Hey ExMortis, update your FAQ with shrine info too!!] I know that I did NOT get my 'Repeated Victory' medal until I had 58 total wins; 50 in story mode and 8 in versus mode. So it is my assumption that the versus mode wins does NOT count towards that medal. Similarily then, I would assume that you need 100 Story mode wins for the 'Victor Among Victors' medal. |

Need to know if games ending with 5000g suffices towards the VAV medal, or if they have to be 10000g+. Getting tedious now, but so close to my 50th medal, so wanted to be sure about the logistics!

I'm pretty sure that it is any wins. I know they don't have to all be story mode or what not. Still a pain to get, unless you plan on playing the game far after 100 battles, like me.

I find it best to fight against one of the uni-color players on Cratos 2 with a no-creatures deck. I think that is the fastest way. Who to play against is up to you. They all have their little annoyances. Gamygin packs Drain Magic, Mullyn has life force, Whirlwind has Corruption, and Gemmory has Haunt/Gravity.
