I hate to seem critical right out of the gate (because I really like having a forum that's not gamefaqs), but I think some of the topics are unnecessary and/or redundant. Keep in mind that the Culdcept forum at gamefaqs (which appears to be the only english forum with any traffic), gets less than 100 messages a day, maybe less than 50. And on any given day you can look at one page and see all new posts, and what topics they are in, with one page load. Splitting things up into such specific categories just seems unnecessary given how much talk there currently is.
In my opinion, the topics that are really necessary are vs CPU strategy(story or versus), vs player strategy, medal hunting, deck construction/list, general card/rule discussion (which would cover all of the 'temporary effects topics), off-topic, live gatherings, and suggestions.
There are a lot of potential posts which could easily fit into several of the existing topics, which will lead to confusion about where to post something or where to look for it. Certainly, I hope the game and this board grow a lot, but making this forunm easier to read and peruse would be great.
On the other hand, thanks a lot for making a forum, it'll be nice not dealing with gf's archaic one!

I agree. I went from no order to too much order. Thanks for pointing that out. I have adjusted the topics and categories based on your suggestions.

As my opinion, books and A.I.s are separately good in treatment respectively.
Experienced Cepter wants for the contents of a book and its book to accept on which map it is used. Moreover, thinking of A.I. Artificial Intelligence and a human being differs. Therefore, it is thought that wants to treat A.I. for the parameter and the book by the independent category. They can grow into a future database.
Capture in Medals or Story-mode is temporarily prosperous. In the long run, it is pushed in a certain category.

Just stopped in. Thought I'd add that I think there's still too many forums here. There's 19 different topics here, which is way, way too many for a small community. Better to start with a few, then gradually increase the number as the community grows...

Hmmm... I had thought that the way that this board had been set up had been working pretty well for us so far. With multiple topics like we have, I find it a bit easier to get to the posts that I'm most interested in at the time I'm looking for them.
In any event, how would you suggest that things be reorganized? I'm always interested in hearing different opinions....

Now that have a large community built, it would be interesting to see how the majority feel about the topics. I think that if we had less topics, it would be harder to find the information you need. The main reason I founded this website is so that info was easy to locate. The less topics, the more posts you have to wade through to find things.

I generally tend to agree with Lord Penquin's assessment. But that doesn't mean that I don't want to hear from the Members on this site. Let your opinions flow freely!

I honestly think there's only ever going to be one topic in the sharkport forum, and whether it'll even get more posts is questionable. It's just not something many people have access to.

I have moved that single topic to the haven, and have deleted the section for it.

I have only been playing Culdcept for about three weeks. I found it extremly easy to loacte your site through yahoo two weeks ago. I have also found it is extremly easy to find topics on your forum. It is laid out very well.

Does anyone maintain this board anymore? I'm trying to look for tips on medal collecting and I signed up a couple days ago. I've also noticed a bunch of junk posts.

I was wondering the same thing about maintenance. I created an account like a week ago, but it's still "under review" and I can't even see the members threads while under review.

Maintenance took place today. Please let me know if you experience problems, or if you see any other junk posts appearing. I tried to get rid of most/all of them today.
