I didn't have a single favorite card until the few battles I played this week.
Night Fiend (ST=level of land x20) is without any doubt the card you need the most when landing on a high level (4 or 5) enemy land.
Its ST becomes 80 or 100 and enables you to wipe away almost every creature (unless your opponent uses Gaseous Form or some damage-neutralizing creatures).
Not only can Night Fiend easily conquer a land, it can also defend it well thanks to its First Attack ability.
Night Fiend may not be the ultimate card, but it's a quite powerful one nonethtless.

My only gripe with Night Fiend is the high land requirement. Aside from that, it's probably one of the best creatures for offensive battles on hight level land.

The way I see it, he can win against an opponent (with no items or support ability or other abilities) if the tens digit of its HP is lower or equal to it's level of land. Ex., a 20/40 creature on a lvl 4 land will die to Night Fiend. I do really like the Night Fiend, and I usually run 2 in wind-heavy-decks. His item restriction also becomes very annoying, and I tend to move to high level water lands, in hopes to kill it with my Night Fiend, but I forget about the land restriction. But, I have to say, it is one of the stronger creatures in the game. Any creature with a possible 100 str. and first attack is good in my book. 4 stars out of 5.

Definitely a favorite of mine- I utilize in wind decks with Gouda and Gold Idol, and they're unstoppable- especially in the mid to late game.
