Hey kids,
Just found the site and I'm digging it. I'm a Blackjack dealer in Vegas and used to be a district manager for FuncoLand. I only know of 2 others in town tthat have even played the game.
15 medals, 48 wins, 943 cards...looks like I have some work to do.

Unagi and I deal at the Suncoast up in the middle of retirementville (not on the strip...lots of people old enough to think of Culdcept as a new and improved colostomy bag).

How do you get stars next to your name? I imagine that everyone gets extra stars by their names as their post count increases. If you pull up the Member List at culdcept.proboards27.com/index.cgi?action=mltop , you will see that only a few folks have "positions" here on the site. Lord Penquin is the creator of this site, so he is the High King of all he surveys. I sometimes perform as an "alternate" moderator for him, so he graciously granted me the ability to perform some administrative duties. So, that's why the two of us have so many stars by our names. |

I believe right now only moderators have stars. I think we (non-moderators) get tiny little stars every 50 posts or so and a new title- we go from Peasant to Knight (or another similar title).

These are the ranks and the number of posts you have to make to obtain them.
0-50 peasant
50 squire
100 baron
250 earl
500 count
Duke moderator (assigned by me)
archduke global moderator (assigned by me)
admin high king (assigned by me)
The only way to become a duke or archduke is for me to promote you. the only way for you to become high king is in the event of my death, provided you were my rightful heir (Or a revolution, but we won't discuss that possibility).
