Here's a most Red, Blue and Neutral Deck that has been doing alright for me - constructive critacism would be appreciated.
Neutral Creatures Battle gear cx Battle gear B Fighter Gold Idol Leoknight Samurai Tyrannosaurus Wraith
Red Creatures Chrimera Dragon Executor Flame Lord Minotaur Old Willow x2 Valkyria x2
Blue Creatures Amazon x2 Giant Amoeba Grindylow Kelpie Lizardman Mad Clown Megarodon Remora
Green Creatures Gnome x2
Items Aura Blade Claymore Dagger of Mite Diamond Armor Gaseous Form Plate Mail Power Bracelet Prismatic Wand x2 Storm Causer
Spells Catastrophe Holy Word 0 Holy Word X Life Stream Magic Bolt x2 Prophecy x2 Silence Telegnosis Upheaval Weakness
Once I get Evil Blast - I would put that in and replace 1 of my Magic Bolts. The stats are 56% monster; 20% items; 24% spells. Penny for thoughts.

I'm not qualified to analyze your deck or give much feedback because I haven't fought many human opponents. But I would suggest you remove Flame Lord. You don't have that many fire cards and Flame Lord could help your opponent(s) more than you. In its place, toss in Wind of Hope- you have enough creatures.

I have to say first off that it can be hard to critique a deck without knowing what cards you have, so my advice may not be something you can try out. That said, here's what I think.
Fighter is okay, but you'd probably be better off with another Minotaur or Amazon. I'd recommend Minotaur.
If you have another Gold Idol I'd robably add that and remove Wraith. Wraith works well in certain decks, but I don't think this is one of them, and Gold Idol would help out your red a lot.
Ninja over Samurai any day of the week and twice on Sundays, unless you know you're going against a deck with a ton of low-MHP creatures.
Of your 9 red creatures, 7 of them have LR(land requirement). 4 of them are even double LR. That's pretty risky in the early game. Either another Gold Idol or another Upheaval would help out a lot.
Executor isn't a very good card, IMO. If you have a lot of Support creatures he's a lot better, but I only see 4 in your deck. Pyro Drake or Fire Giant would probably be better.
Like Armadi said, Flame Lord is kind of questionable with the amount of red you have. If you're looking for muscle in red, I'd suggest Fire Giant or Ba=al.
The blue creatures are okay, but aside from Megarodon (who is possibly the most difficult creature in the game to actually play), they lack firepower. I might sub Grendel for Megaro, and fit Wall of Ice in there somewhere since he is a cheap, great defensive card.
I'll finish the critique later (gotta run), but one last thing I'll note is that with 2 Willow and 1 Kelpie in the deck, you probably want to have Land Protection or something to keep opponents from bearing down on them as soon as they hit the map.

So far I've made a few ajustemnts to the deck - like removing the flame lord and adding winds of hope; replacing Samauri with Ninja; and getting rid of the Megarodan. So far, I've only got 1 Gold Idol and unheaval, and don't have have the Land Protect spell yet (although i'm pretty sure i have a creature with that territory ability - if i can remember/ find him). Call me crazy - but i'm actually looking forward to some more critique and might attempt to get together a couple of more decks (this has been my main one, although i've made a couple of medal specific decks like all Rare, and only Neutral creatures) Thanks for the input

The card that casts land protect is domvikha, a fire card. He might be able to help out your Old Wil

Against the computer Land Protection probably isn't necessary to protect your Old Willows and Kelpies. You could probably go with Simulacrum.
I've tried using Domovihka to cast Land Protection and it never seems to work out. The creature is just too weak. I haven't given up on the idea though and it would be much more efficient than using Land Protection (because of the multiple uses).
Against humans, those creatures have big target signs on them- you might want to remove them. Especially since this deck appears designed to play against 3 opponents (hence the Dagger of Mite- with fewer opponents it just isn't worth it).
