#Comment : this is the book which I used for the last in story mode.
The book of race around constituted based on the creature of
a Water Elemental Attribute. Get combo of "Haste"+"Fly" , and Run
anyhow in the map.
If it runs and "Fate" is passed, will draw a card using her territory
capability. It is the book of the meaning to say.

The rarity value of "Rainbow Piece" is E(Extra).
It will be good to change this card to "Petrify Stone", when use of
E is forbidden.
(Usually, using Extra cards is forbidden in the tournament of Japan
or South Korea.)

I always thought it was funny how ccg publishers would bring out cards, then tell you at an official tournament that you couldn't use them. Granted, the uber cards would tend to unbalance things, but if you have the card and can't use it, it's more decorative then functional.
