Is there an easy way to trade cards between players? The game manual is useless and I have yet to find an option on any of the menus. It would make sense to have some way to do it.

OK, I'll try and reply strictly on memory from the Japanese version as I am not in front of the game. There is a versus mode where you can play other players and/or AI. In this mode, both players will have the option to trade cards with one another. You may only receive cards which you do not have yet, and only 1 max of each of these cards. You may also only trade 4 cards at a time. You may do this numerous times though, so there is no max to how many cards can be traded over a period of time.
