We can use this thread to set up matches on LIVE considering we are getting people from around the world on this forum. Unfortunately, it will be a little while before everyone starts hopping on, but it's a start. I'll start it out:
Does anyone want to play this weekend or anytime next week? I'm going over to Topcat's place for the entire week. We can be on whenever (Eastern or Westestern world wide time zones welcome). 2v2 or 4p FFA, 3p FFA or whatever we can strike up.

I should add that if anyone is in the Pittsburgh area they are welcome to drop by and get some games in. We'll have two jpn systems going on HDTVs.

It's been a while since I last played Saga... I'll try to enhance my desk this week so I can get used to the game again and join you guys next week without getting thrashed  Thanks for the idea ! (By the way, the most convenient time to battle would probably be around 2 or 3 p.m. for you, since it will be around 9 p.m. in France) |

Sounds great. I've yet to do 2v2 so maybe we can find a fourth and play some alliance games. Adam and I couldn't convince any japanese players to hook up with us 2v2.  We'll also be around anytime to battle; I'm used to early morning battles since that is the easiest time to get games with the japanese in. |

Well, by "tomorrow", do you mean thursday ? If so, I think I will be online today around 9pm local time, which should be 3pm EST. Would that be okay with you ?
I haven't played as much as I would have wanted though, so my book will be quite limited (I started a new game last week and it seems to have erased the previous one >_<). Since then, I only fought 4 or 5 story battles, so I don't have many cards to choose from. I guess I will only have access to a pretty one-sided strategy. But it shouldn't matter too much, I'll do with what I've got ^^
By the way, is Marvel allowed or should I take it out of my deck ?

Feel free to use Marvel. We'll play with some varied decks to give you a look at different strategies we've come across.
It's really a shame we can't trade cards online since Adam and I have around 8000 cards combined. ^_^

Okay, so that was pretty much the beating I expected... You even seemed to hold back at times so as not to push my misery further. =)
The first battle was definitely fun to watch (from a distance) towards the end.
And I'll remember that Goblin Lair/Idols strategy from the second battle, it was interesting to see too =P
I hope we can battle it out again some time. Hopefully I'll have a few hundred more cards by then...

Good games, Ignis. We'll definitely play again; just drop a line here or on Live and we can try and arrange something. Adam and I are trying to play a lot more anyway. Feel free to ask any questions you have about our decks or anything we did. Hopefully we can give you some good book ideas for when you get more cards. I'll post up some matches we had recently and maybe that'll get things going. I wish I would have saved the last match we played against PzKwIVG (German Tank). We had some really awesome plays in it, but we made some mistakes at the end and he got the win. It was his 200th win, too. Forgot to save it afterwards, though. |

Ignis: Great games. It was fun playing and I'm sorry we didn't get to play more. Soon you'll have more cards and it will be much more entertaining for you. I look forward to playing again!
