Ensign Garak also has the strategy guide, as do I. Just got the game today. So far I'm liking it a lot. I love the Dark Portal stuff, kind of adds an element of puzzle gaming to the game (not as complex and Geo Symbols, as has been mentioned).
Battles are *much* slower paced so far. Not a bad thing really.

Small Spoilers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not being able to start over and repeat the story sucks BIG TIME. With all the different endings, secret items, and half of the world not being available after a certain point hurts really bad. I would really like to do some of the earlier chapters again just to get the different endings. Esp when you have to save your sister in that earlier chapter. My only big gripe with it really. Phantom Brave BETTER have this feature.

Answer to small spoilers:
There is actually only one ending to the game, so the absence of a new game+ is not that bad.

I meant the endings for the chapters. As you know each chapter has different endings some of which give you special items. Its so dumb not to let you re-do the chapters to get every ending. This would give the game even more replay value.

Wheres everyone at in this game. I was at chapter 10 before I went and got Brigandine. Now I prob wont play again for months lol. The story was getting really good at the part I was at though.

I'm still in the first chapter. I'm going to power up and beat the dark world enough to get the extra titles before I play the actual game because there's no new game+.

I'm currently in the last chapter and I'm power levelling to take on Baal.
When I last heard, Phantom Brave was not having a new game+ either. However, I've also heard that people have been doing e-mail campaigns and compaining to change that. We'll find out if it worked at the end of August.
