Dumb topic name, but it could be fun- for some odd reason, that last (fill in the blank here with: "red creature, item, spell") card we get really sticks with you since you're hanging on them to get one of the nature being cards, or medals- do you remember the last card of each set you got? Were you so peeved that it was something dumb?
Here's mine:
Neutral- Had to be a f**ing Idol of course, the Jade.
Red- Sulfurous Balloon: acceptable enough, it's rarely played.
Blue- Leviathan: made a lot of sense, he's a rare-looking beastie.
Green- Pan: ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!
Yellow- Igneous Fatui
Item: Magus Mirror
Spell: Subsidence
How about you guys?
Wear Briefs or else!

Just completed my collection.
Last card I got: .... Solitis. ha. ha. joke. sorry.
Grey: either Doppleganger or Clockwork Owl... can't remember.
Red: either Conjuror or Sulfurous Balloon... again, can't seem to remember this one, because this was the first color i completed, and i wasn't anticipating / expecting it.
Blue: Charon. this was the last non-E-card I got in the entire game.
Green: Raksas. pretty good card, especially since green is lacking in the offensive department
Yellow: Night Fiend. Clearly the most powerful yellow creature. of course i got it last.
Item: Storm Causer. again. arguably the most powerful attack item, and i get it LAST
Spell: i think it may have been Sculpture... that reminds me... i need to make that anti-wall deck again.... full of cockatrice and medusa and acid rain and battering rams... mmm.... battering rams.... oh, and can't forget TURNTOTHEWALL
edit: coincidentally enough, i didn't get Charon until i played two of the cepters that used it. (first someone, then Aldha, and i got it from Aldha)

It's been so long I can't remember half of them.
Yellow was definitely Beelzebub. That pissed me off.
Blue: Hmm. It was a little guy, probably Bloody Pudding or Suiko. Not sure.
Red was Fanatic. I think.
Green was Raksas for me too, coincidentally. (I didn't mind b/c for 50 strength and G in the casting cost, I prefer Gigantherium.)
Item: something weird that I never use, like Gem of Life (seriously, is that card EVER good?)
Spell: One of the symbol-spells. Grace, maybe.
This isn't a Last Card, but the one that I just can't get that really drives me nuts, is Changeling. I want four but I've been stuck on two forever.

Last creature card earned: Tiger freakin' Beetle. That made me mad.
Neutral: Battle Gear Beta, I believe.
Red: Flame Lord, very fitting.
Blue: Leviathan, just like you!!
Green: Tiger Beetle
Yellow: I don't really remember. I wanna say Gouda, but that can't be right.... Maybe Paladin.
Item: Power Braclet
Spell: Not sure. I was missing 7 spells when I had all the other cards. Obviously, Soltis was last, but I dunno what came before that.

Well, I am still one card away from completing my collection, but I guess that is enough to offer up my experience on this thread.
Grey: Archbishop
Red: Flame Lord
Yellow: Leprechaun
Blue: Leviathan, Banshee (I am not sure which)
Green: Rakas (spelling?)
Spell: Prophecy
Item: I can't remember

I completed my deck about a year ago and only recently started playing again. But I'm pretty sure I remember which cards were last because I was trying for the Medals and the Movies with anticipation (after my friend and fellow player told me about them). Here goes:
Neutral: Dancing Doll (Big freakin' whoop)
Fire: Fanatic (So I need Growth Body and Healer just to keep the Magic Bolt flinger alive! I'll stick with Archer, thank you.)
Earth: Gooba Queen (I still have only one. I was very fortunate to receive the Gooba Medal recently. Maybe I'll talk about it another thread. This was also the very last Creature I received)
Water: Alga Sphere (Again, big freakin' whoop)
Wind: Quetzalcoatl (I don't use too many FA creatures so no big loss)
Item: Storm Causer (I still remember the first time a used it; I gave it too a Griffon vs. a Leveler on Level 5 land. Unfortunately, there was a Virus and a Sphinx out also. D'oh! If I had just used my trusty Masamune, then I would have won. I still don't care for that card).
Spell: Weathering (I still don't use too many Wind creatures so again, no big loss).
So basically the cards that kept me waiting so long I very rarely use. Que sera, I guess.
