Probably a stupid question, but-- I thought you could use the Territory command:
* for any territory if you land on Fort or Castle * for the specific territory you land on exactly
But sometimes it gives me or the CPU the Territory command when neither of those options are true. When else does the Territory command become active?

*via spell (Telegnosis) *any territory that you pass by in a turn -so you Holy Word X, say, and pass by three of your territories. All are eligible for territory command.

* for the specific territory you land on exactly I concur: Like nightmare said, you can use the Territory command on any property that you land on exactly, or on any of your owned properties that you passed during that turn.

A minor note about that. It only counts for lands you WALK ACROSS. So if say you or the computer uses a card that teleports you, the territory command will only work for the land you just landed on (if it's yours). So you can't teleport across half the map, and have access to all the territories along the way.

Good point, Lord Blade. You have to physically "cross" those Territories by using some sort of a "normal" move action (either via the die roll, or by use of a Holy Word card).

Hello;
These replies have left out two things the "revelation" spell card grants teritory command on all teritories for two turns and using a teleport or holy wor card to land exactly on castle or tower will also allow you to access all teritories with teritory command.
best wishes ; Tahthed
