I didn't know where to put this, but I'm hoping that someone can help me out here.
I seem to remember reading a post somewhere (probably over on GameFAQs) about another card that is awarded after - I think - beating the "Temple of the Medium" map after beating the tournament levels at Cratos. I'm hoping that someone here can clarify that for me, or that the poster of that information on GameFAQs is also posting here.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about here?

Is that the Lance of Odin or something like that?

No, I've already earned the Lance of Odin.
I thought that what I read had something to do with the "Malthessburg" map, and not "Temple of the Medium", as I had first thought. So, after completing the Tournament, is there some sort of a card prize that you win for defeating the Malthessburg map again?
I just can't find what I'm looking for on GameFAQs....

I believe the only extra card won by replaying a map is the Sanctum Guardian won by replaying Kazatega (the map where you fight against Whirlwind- it becomes accessible after the tournament on Cratos).
I have replayed Temple of the Medium a few times and not received any additional "E" cards. However, I did not replay the map until after beating Story mode. I guess its possible that the extra card can only be earned prior to beating story mode? Still, I find that unlikely.

Now that you say that (Kazatega, that is), I think that's exactly what I was thinking of. As a matter of fact, didn't you mention that over on GameFAQs, armadi?

I was not the first person to discover that you could win the Sanctuum Guardian card by replaying Kazatega- I'm not sure who first discovered it. But yes, I discussed acquiring the card over on gamefaqs.
I didn't win it until after beating Story mode. But I believe it can be won earlier than that. I'm not sure if you can just beat Kazatega- and then return and beat it again (to win the card) or if you need to progress a bit further first.
Oh yeah, I suggest using Gouda in the match.

Armadi, you were absolutely correct. The Sanctum Guard card is the one that is awarded. Thanks to your tip about using Gouda, as I was saved several times by having that card in my deck. I think that I was able to secure three leveled-up lands using it, and as soon as I had the appropriate Territory Ability, I would snatch it back to my hand for offensive purposes. That almost did me in, as I had reached the 9,000 Manna threshhold two or three times, only to dip back under by losing a land or two before reaching the Castle. However, in the end (after a reshuffle and having two Gouda on the board), I managed to triumph on my first attempt (that is, my first attempt to beat the Kazatega map after getting through the Tournament round in Cratos). Thanks again, armadi! You're a gem!!

You are too kind Commander. I think your sig still has you listed as an Ensign. Better look into that.

I think your sig still has you listed as an Ensign. Better look into that. That's one of the more "confusing" things about this board software. You know me from here (and from other places like GameFAQs) as EnsignGarak. However, Lord Penquin "promoted" me, and he graciously dubbed me a "Commander". However, my "User Name" is still EnsignGarak, which is what would be used to send me a message here on the site. That explanation was almost as confusing as the wording on the "Lilith" card... TEXT

Thanks for clearing that up.
Edit: clear as mud.
