It's just bad wording. Lilith's ST is equal to the number of cards in your hand x10.

whoever translated this game should be smacked in the head with a Webster's Dictionary a few times. Did they not get any of it proof-read by an english speaking person.

Yeah, but I'm glad they did. It's such a good game. Just found that spoiler site from Exmortis on here it helps a bunch.
That mystery part of the game is what still catches me off guard.
