So, I've kicked Zeneth's ass a handful of times now, but every time it's like 5,000 to 340, so I don't get the medal. I just went to Dunnan to try and finally get the thing and some other girl (Name starts with an "N") challenged me instead of Zeneth. Am I screwed on getting the Proof of Knighthood, or will Zeneth be back? Or can I beat this other person by the same margin to get the medal?

Ah yes, when you beat Zeneth three times and challenge Dunnan again- you'll fight the spunky and mildly annoying Najaran. When you beat her, she will not reappear at Dunnan and you will again meet Zeneth.
FYI- The easiest way for me to obtain this medal was using a green deck, playing conservatively with a 30/20/10 deck and using Gnome + Quicksand.
The final score was something like 9820 to 400.

I got this medal the first time I played Zeneth. It's been I while, but I seem to remember using Gnome and Quicksand also. Oh, and I killed two of his dragons, one with a Ninja with a Masamune and another with a Decoy and TK. I don't think I even payed him a toll and the final score was about 7000 to 600.
