Sounds good. I did use Zagol for the defense one I just used dombwood and Old Willow. i looped forever while he constantly hit my simulacrumed Old Willow. It was fun.
Also, when I was going for the one where there are all lv. 1 lands (King of the Wasteland?) I used a Kelpie to drain Zagol out of every land he had. Then the only leveled up land was my lv. 5 Kelpie, which I was keeping my Metior for, so right before I won I would Metior my Kelpie. All went well, I got to 3000 G over the limit to win, wich was irritating to get, but I did it, I got the medal after about 20 minutes. Then I went to replace the Land Protection I had taken out for metior. I am searching for the Land Protection, I find it, and my eyes wander to the card directly to the right. Land Transfer

It's been a while since I've been on this site and I still love mah Culdcept, glad to see there are still some people givin it theyre all. It feels great to get all 50 medals, it's been more than a year since I've done it- I just wish they gave you something really really amazing for it.

Oh you guys will love this one! My first few post were why I kept winning with all the idols out but would never win the medal. I beat it against goligan 3 - 4 times at dunnan and against zagol on dunnan in versus mode. Still nothing. Today i was playing story mode and the all green guy, i can't remeber his name, played the gold idol. It didn't look familliar? I was confused. Here I had 2 gold statues in the deck and no gold idols! I don't even own one yet! I was so mad i had to take a culdcept break after that. I'm so embarrassed. Now i know why I never got the medal!

lets see
When I first tried to get the S rarity medal I won with 5000 gold then I remembered you needed 10,000
When I was trying to get the 1 v 2 medal on the second try i was winning but 2 thing happend. First toward the end of the game I landed on a shrine and got 10 symbols on a map with no temple. I had forgotten you could not use symbols for the medal so I did not think about. all I had to do was get to the castle to win then all of a sudden one of the computers made it to the castle first and won, apparently they also had the required gold amount to win...
when I was trying to get the spells only medal I kept getting my butt kicked so,I got frustrated thinking the medal was impossible. Then I realized you could use symbols, I thought you couldn't, but was probably thinking of the 1 v 2 medal. so I easily won after a deck retool and useing the cratos 2 map.
However I almost lost. I was useing shine and sold some symbols to make a good profit. Shine wore off and it was the last few rounds and I sold some more symbols, but to my suprise my gold total goes down and I almost lost, luckily I had drew another shine or somethign that gave me enough gold to win.

The best way to win before round 20 is probably in an FFA. That way, you only have to beef up one land, and it will be stepped on again and again and again.
