This weekend, two friends and I, all of us being raving Culdcept fans, decided to create the Culdcept drinking game. Needless to say, it was a riot. The rules are as follows:
Drink if you:
-Place a creature on a non-matching color (neutral creatures and land are excluded from the rule).
-Pay a toll in which your character "shakes".
-Have a creature destroyed in battle.
-Lose a creature in play from a spell or other means.
-Exhaust magic reserves, or release a land.
-Create a chain of 5 or higher.
-Have to sacrifice a card to play a creature, or pay a creature compensation.
-Discard a creature of your dominant color.
-Upgrade land to level 5.
-Choose to take a card from the oracle (tent thing).
-Purchase symbols, any amount (one drink to buy 5 or 50, etc.)
Pick a drinker if you:
-Change a land's color to match the creature placed (since you had to drink to place it there).
-Place a defense only creature.
-Have a card destroyed from a spell such as shatter.
-Roll the same 2 turns in a row using non-magical means.
-Choose to not take a card from the oracle.
Miscellaneous rules:
-Shrine (I think that's what it is, we call it community chest) Whoever is negatively affected must drink, whoever is positively affected picks a drinker.
-If you land on the castle, you make a rule (such as: you must drink to place a yellow creature) this rule remains in effect until you pass the castle again.
-If you land on the same space as another cepter, "Cheers!" you both drink.
That's what we came up with. What do you think? It certainly made for some interesting games. And of course, I'm not encouraging drunken Culdcept playing... Well, at least not all the time. ;D
