Hey, I'm currently stuck at the battle against Gemmory and Ryvern at Cratos. They seem to attack me for no reason, especially Gemmory. Talk about kicking someone while they're down. Argh, the computer in this game can be aggrivating to no end. But regardless, any pointers you fellow cepters might have on beating this dastardly duo would be well appreciated!

I used protective spell cards - like 5 or 6 in my deck for these two. They keep breaking the spell, but hopefully, you'll get another protection card dealt before they hit your Cepter again. Use Land Protect, too.

The Cratos final is, by and far, the hardest fight yet (The battle against Whirlwind is even harder, for many of the same reasons, but you can fight in the other stages now).
Just about the only thing you can do is persevere. Packing items that give critical against greens (like Rock Crusher, or whatever it was) is a good idea, and keep Magic Bolts around, just in case Gemmory slaps down a Gold Idol.
And if all else fails, start Story Mode over from the beginning- You keep your cards, so its all good. Just make sure your default book can win against Ryvern, and you're in. I should know, as I wound up doing this.
Now, i'm stuck against Whirlwind. Grrrr...!

Honestly, some of the best times you can beat an opponent is to join them. By far the most fun (and effective) way that I win in Kazatega is with my own all yellow deck. Knights, Centaurs, Wyverns, Monks, Harpies, Griffons, Gremlins and to cap it off: Gouda's. Whirlwind plays an all yellow deck and Ryvern includes yellow creatures so at mid game the Gouda's become well over 220 in ST and HP making them unbeatable in the defensive department and unstoppable in the offensive department (barring the liberal use of wind shields)- give it a try!
