moptop, let's be partners. i dont know how often i can play either, so if we miss a week and get penalized, neither of us will really care.

So it looks like my team will be hiring 2 more graphic designers, so my workload is going to ease up quite a bit. I should have a much more regular schedule in a week or so, and should be able to participate..

Smash Bros Brawl comes out tonight WOO!
There will always be room in my heart for culdcept, but with smash coming into the picture, room in my *day* for culdcept is questionable. I'll probably be able to fit in a game each week or so, and I know I'll be playing this game for 3 years, like the last one, but I might be about to enter a "lull" =)
A ladder that would work best for me (and by all means, I'm just one dude, so feel free to ignore this) would work as follows:
There would be two times a week where anyone can drop in and play. So maybe Tuesday nights at 7, and Saturday afternoons at 1. People interested in playing in the next "round" would post in the ongoing thread - the first poster being the host and the next two being participants, and so on for additional matches in the same time window. There would be no formal challenges, just play on a basis of who-posted-when, and points/rank calculation could still be based on rank discrepancies before the match.
Anyway, just a thought on something I might be more able to fit into my schedule. I just have so much stuff going on that coordinating with a partner and another team on a match-by-match basis seems pretty unrealistic. Like I said, I'm just one guy, so take my suggestions for what they're worth.
