Does a scroll penetration negate invulnerability? Aldha used a Sorcerer against my Giant Amoeba and won. Was it because Sorcerers attack was scroll-based? Giant Amoeba neutralizes Fire attacks, but lost to Sorcerer. Sorcerer has no mention of penetration.

Yep, your reasoning is correct. Scroll attacks are colorless it seems. As for penetration attacks however, I'm not certain whether they're associated with color though (Knight for example). In a team game that me and 3 friends played about 2 months ago, one of my friends decided to take a chance on the Sorcerer's scroll attack against Giant Amoeba and it saved us a nice amount of G. This is the reason why CCGs and games like this usually have to word everything carefully. Hopefully they do a better job with Saga.
