I have yet to acquire 99 of any card (most is like 60-something) but if I had to wager a guess, the first hard limit would be 99. This would apply to all cards except E-rarity cards which you can only have 1 of.

I hate that. I was hoping it was very low. That way I would start getting new cards and not the same ones.
What is the point in having so many? For trading ofline?
