Against human players and AI, my total record with this deck is 158/172. Please leave your opinions and if you have any suggestions as to what i should remove/replace, feel free to post as i truly welcome any helpful advice. I just want to keep getting better and better.

If you play in 1 vs. 1's, you really should add bind. Perhaps you could remove Peace, Winged Boots, Gooba Queen, and Greed for it. Greed really doesn't do too much because either way, if they land on high level land you will win, and if they land on anything below five, they can come back. Gooba Queen's double Earth requirement makes it difficult to summon. If Gooba Queen goes, then Peace can go, too. I really don't know what the Winged Boots is even for.

Hmm, I'm not sure where to start. First of all, Gooba Queen has to go. With no other Earth creatures and a heavy Earth requirement, it is an easy cut. Secondly, I would cut all the Wind cratures you have (and Gladiator isn't an Wind creature), to bring you down to a two-color varient. The two-color varient is a whole lot easier to control what you need to control.
Now that you seem to be Red/Blue, here are some general suggestions on what to cut/add: -1 Astral Queen -2 Boggart -1 Domovikha -1 Winged Boots -2 Incineration -1 Permission -1 Remove Curse -1 Word of Recall
Ok, what to add, and why: Your deck seems to be based off Support creatures, then Kelpie/Old Willow for the kill. So, since I don't know what cards you have (I'm assuming you only have 2 Executors, since you are not running 4), I would add some generally strong creatures for your Support. One thing I like to do is find a creature with requiring territories of a certain color, because that doesn't matter when you are using it for support, and generally makes the card's G cost cheaper. Here, you have the options of cards like Ares, Ba-Al, Wall of Fire, Kraken, etc..
Secondly, I would add some 'staple' cards for decks of mine, like Shatter, Rust, and Wind of Hope (although a lot of people don't care for card draw). If you have multiple copies of cards you are running, it is generally better to have 3 copies of a card than 1, so you can fill in some spaces with more Valkeria or something. The deck looks decent enough against AI, although it probably needs a little fine-tuning to bring your record up a little.
EDIT: I wanted to mention that Manna is 1000x better than Incinceration if you need G from a spell.

Thanks alot for the feedback. I did make an error with the wind/Gladiator, i actually meant to type Paladin, but wasn't thinking as i was looking at the tv screen while typing. Don't know what i was thinking with Gooba Queen, but i left her there because i used to have Gigantherium and Tao' Tieh (sp?) in my deck. I do have more than 2 Executors, so I'll make that swtich. My deck used to consist of alot of defense creatures like Wonder Wall, Wall of Ice, Wall of Stone, and Pillar of Flame. But as i said i tend to switch it up all the time to try something new. Btw AceLeader, i love your decks, I've used a few that you posted, especially the Permission deck, kicked the living hell out of Ryvern with that one. =) Also, i recently ripped my original copy of Culdcept Expansion and put it on my PSP. I just discovered the "Card Shop" feature on one of the maps. Why did they get rid of it? It was pretty useful imo. Also Culdcept on the go=Priceless.
